This type of connection is available only for Premium subscriptions. Freemium users can use Wireguard through the Privado app for Android. 

WireGuard® is the latest VPN protocol featuring advanced security and optimized performance.

 

 

1. Download and install the WireGuard Android app directly from the Google Play Store or by visiting the WireGuard website.

 

2. Generate and download a Wireguard configuration file.

 

3. Open the WireGuard app from your home screen and add a tunnel using the blue (+) button at the bottom right corner:

 

 

4. Tap 'Import from file or archive' and select the downloaded configuration file. Tap 'Done':

 

 

The PrivadoVPN WireGuard tunnel will be saved. If you want to rename this WireGuard configuration, tap on the configuration file, then the pencil icon. Change the file name and tap the floppy disc icon to save the changes. 

 

5. Slide the toggle button to the right to connect the WireGuard tunnel. 
Once activated, the toggle button turns blue. The key icon at the top right of your Android screen confirms that your Internet traffic is routed via PrivadoVPN WireGuard:
