How do I reset my password?

*** If your PrivadoVPN account was created through our Usenet partner, please use your username—not your email—when logging into the Privado app. You can locate and copy your username in the Privado Admin panel.  



1. You can reset your password using our 'Forgot Your Password?' page https://app.privado.live/en/forgot-password. The reset can be done using your username or registered email address. The code for resetting your password will be sent right to your registered email address: 

 

 

2. If you do not see our email arriving in the next few minutes, please remember to check your spam folder. Once you receive the email, copy or memorize the received code: 

 

 

4.  Enter the code from the email; then enter your new password, confirm it, and hit 'Save Password':

 

 

5. You can now proceed to the Privado app login as well. If you need to change your password in the future, click 'Change password' inside your Amin area:
